I literally woke up to find my vacumm laying over on its side while sitting in the base. The plastic at the bottom of the vacuum where it meets the roller/wheels has broken. I have only used my H 14 two times as I just received it a week ago. I have reached out to the company and was told that someone would email me regarding my issue. When you spend $300 on an item, you shouldn’t have to wait for an email. Someone should have handled the situation as soon as I reached out regarding it. Not very happy with the product or the customer service at this point.
