    I've had my L10 Ultra for two years, and I love it. When I initially bought it, I researched all brands and narrowed it down to this or the Shark. I was concerned about the price of the L10 Ultra but it offered the duo mop and vacuum, so I bought it. I have no regrets. Other brands I have used always end up with tech or AI problems or just don't clean as well as a regular vacuum, but everything this brand claimed is true. I will be a repeat buyer for Dreame Tech!

    Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Company

    While the technology is impressive, the US customer support is practically non-existent. My vacuum arrived damaged, and they refused to:
    • Send me the two replacement parts I needed.
    • Provide a shipping kit to replace the damaged box.
    • Pre-send a replacement so I could use that box for return shipping.

    Once they received my vacuum, they sat on it with no updates or timeline. My support ticket was “escalated” for over two weeks, yet every time I asked for an update, I got the same copy-pasted response: Your ticket is escalated. Please wait. This continued for weeks.

    The lack of support and accountability is beyond frustrating. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
