Iis a great robot vacuum and picks up very well. Mop and vac feature is the best.
We have the original L10s pro without the spin mop. I purchased it during its pre-release several years ago and proud to say, it is running just as good today as it did the day we bought it. we have three dogs and run it three times a week and it keeps our carpets looking great. we will run over it with a Dyson once every month or two, not necessarily because it looks dirty but because robotic vacuums are still not really intended for deep cleans so the Dyson gets the dirt out from deep down in the carpet. The mop feature works well. As I mentioned, the original doesn't have the spinning mop heads, instead it has a pad that Velcro to the bottom of the bot. We vacuum the hard floors first then run it with the mop feature and it works similar to a Swiffer but without the work. Its tough. It can hold my 8 lb dog, giving her a ride around the house, has survived plowing through a pile of dog poop, dragging it around the house. It Dreame's defense, this was their first bot with lidar and it was our tiny dog that pooped on the floor so was below the lidar. If this ever happens to you, wash the dirt canister, rolling brush head and side brushes right away. we found they can be soaked without any issue. as far as the main vacuum goes, remove any large chunks of poo and let the rest dry to the vacuum. Once its dry, put on some gloves, take him outside and use a brush of some sort, like an old toothbrush and the dry poop will brush right off. We unscrewed several parts to get a deeper clean then blew it off with an air compressor. That pretty much gets it clean then all you have to do is wipe it down with disinfectant wipes and he's good as new. I've heard of people spending 6 and 7 hours cleaning a bot when it has a fight with poop but all of those people clean it while the poop is still wet. it took us about a half hour to 45 minutes to clean it if you include the time spent washing the attachable parts while wet with the time spent brushing the dry poop off and sanitizing it. It seems very durable which is why I'm buying one of their wet/dry mops today. Dreame has proved themselves to me to make reliable and quality products. They have earned my trust I have decided to stick with them. As a plus. You can really prank your spouse or boyfriend by telling them you're giving Mr. Dreame a bath. I should also note that I am a paraplegic with a chronic illness. Cleaning is extremely difficult for me and totally drains my energy. Having a robotic vacuum has been a real life saver. We are looking for the wet dry vac mainly because one of our puppies we learned is urinary incontinent so we need something to go over the hard floors between vacuum days.
