I couldn't wait to unbox it as soon as I received it, and it exceeded my expectations, it's very effective, it can catch all the small leaves that keep falling in the winter, and it cleans very well.
The first few runs were disappointing, only because I had high hopes. The mapping was terrible and the battery life seemed inadequate. Even with these big flaws, the robot still did a much better job cleaning than my previous one.
After several more runs, the cleaning became better. The mapping, not so much. The battery life seemed to get better with each charge cycle. At this point, maybe 6 uses, the robot still hadn't "docked" on the side.
After receiving an update, the cleaning became very efficient and thorough and finally docked nicely on the side of the pool.
General overview: well built, simple clean design, easy to clean, easy to charge.

This is a game changer with the size of basket and ability to connect via app. Side by side with the Scuba S1, the Pro version is definitely a tank and a great addition to the family. Does a good job climbing the walls and even though heavier then some other units still easy enough to get out of the pool. Extra filter collected some finer items and basket did as expected as well.

I purchased the Z1 Robotic Pool Cleaner. When it arrived I was excited to use it, but after 3 uses, it encountered the dreaded internal sensor error. Dreame customer service was contact and they were great with resolving the issue. They did not hesitate to send me a replacement unit. They ensured that the new unit sent would be flawless and advised that they did have a certain amount of production that had a faulty internal sensor. With their honesty and swift resolution,
I would definitely continue to but products from Dreame. Truly a solid company. I also own the X50 vacuum and that robot is just flawless and pretty cool. I hope they develop a robot lawn mower. We will see. But rest assured Dreame products are top notch!
So far so good. The unit is working properly. It worked for just about two hours which was nice and I’ve had no real issues. The customer service was excellent and they stand behind their product. They really do. They made me return the first one before they sent the second one, but once they received it, the new one was in process and then shipped. Excellent customer service.

It does a good and surprised to see what's in the basket that I couldn't see in the pool.
The only thing I noticed is that it gets gets confused and goes over the same spot when at the deep end and does not perform that well on the slope.
I forgot to specify in the order that the transformer should be for 220V 50Hz, in the USA it is probably 110v 60Hz. It would help me if you could find a solution for the charger. Or in the future you may also sell on the European continent. Regarding feedback, it has not yet arrived in Romania. It will arrive at the beginning of August, and then I will be able to give you details about its operation. If it is still possible. All the best.
