No, Dreame points can only be earned for purchases made

2024, and points cannot be earned for transactions made

Points will be credited to your account after the order
is completed when the logistics status shows as

expire two years after they are unlocked. Expired points
will be deducted from your account.

Can shipping or tax fees earn Dreame
points?
No, points are calculated after deducting any discounts,
taxes, or gift card amounts. The final points will be
subject to the actual payment amount.

What happens to my Dreame points if I return a
product or cancel an order?
If you return a product or cancel an order, the points
earned from that purchase will be reversed or decreased
accordingly.
